Johns Manville Introduces Innovative Nonwoven Mat Series for Architectural Products

Denver, Colorado (April 27, 2004) ---- Johns Manville presents Dura-GlassŪ 8200 Series, a new glass fiber nonwoven with an unique thermosetting binder for architectural panels and facings. Product benefits of this innovative Class A flame resistant nonwoven are its resiliency, durability, sag resistance, and ability to laminate to multiple aesthetic cover materials. Its patented controlled permeability provides superior air flow resistance for designers in such areas as Acoustics where panels were produced with 0.85 NRC (noise reduction coefficient).

Dura-GlassŪ 8200 Series is white in color and delivered in roll widths of up to 4.2m (165 inches).
