filter cartridge with JM's CombiFil® NanoThis world-class composite has been developed to exceed the established standards in industrial air filtration. The innovative, superfine nano structure allows a highly sophisticated balance between superior particle retention and outstanding air permeability, thus creating a milestone in air filtration performance. The superb filtration performance of CombiFil® Nano is characterized by high initial filtration efficiency compared to standard products. Furthermore, CombiFil® Nano sets the standard with its high tensile strength and a three-dimensional structured surface delivering a stiff, stable and pleatable air filtration media. Moreover, CombiFil® Nano is thermal and humidity resistant. The product consists of 150g/sqm polyester spunbond and less than 1g/sqm nano fibers.

CombiFil® NanoTo develop this high performance filtration product, Johns Manville partnered with the FiberMark Gessner company from Bruckmühl, Germany. This partnership allows the combination of state-of-the-art spunbond and nano fiber technologies that together provide high performance filtration solutions.
